The Dent Hardware Company

Company history and description of the company Dent Hardware Co., Fullerton, Pennsylvania (US)
The Dent Hardware Company was located in Fullerton, Pennsylvania (USA) and was founded 1895 by Henry H. Dent with four more partners. They produced Iron- and Aluminium transportation toys , as well as carriages with horses, and airplanes. As was usual for the time, the Dent Hardware Company produced hardware for homes. This included  door hinges, door handles and locks.
The Newhards were the original partners with the Dent family (the Dents ran the foundry and the Newhards were the sales people). During the mid-20th century the Dent family sold their share of the business to the Newhards who continued to run the business until the 1970s. *
