There's Always Something New To Be Found

I'm back to writing again. If you are viewing this today (Monday Feb 20, 2012), you're probably wondering why the date is set for Tuesday? It's because when I have the time, I like to create 2 instalments in 1 day. So that's what happened today.

Of the items that I show you in each instalment, I've probably bid on twice that amount.  The ones that I don't win today (always trying to be optimistic), I save in my E-Bay listings, and keep track of the winning bidder's price.

What I'm planning to do in the spring and summer, is to venture into the States of Vermont and New York that are within a 2 hour drive from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where I live. E-Bay expenses are high, and trying to win in a bidding war usually artificially inflates the final price. Furthermore, when I then sell the item, I have to pay listing fees, and then final selling fee (up to 9%). I do get a discount for being a "Top-Rated Seller" on E-Bay.

I have an excellent reputation on E-Bay . I am a "Power Seller" as I already mentioned, which I'm not sure what that means, but I think it's because I sell a good amount of items per month. As well, I am a "Top-Rated Seller". There are 4 categories by which buyers are encouraged to rate the seller and vice-versa. I rate quite well, buy that's mostly because I try to work in a manner that I would have a buyer or seller be confident with. Also, being a photographer, I enjoy taking photos, and making sure the good points and bad points of every toy are not only photographed, but described as well.  Also, I'm honest, and I am pleases that some buyers have returned to purchase more items from me.

So here are some toys that arrived last week and today.
