The Hubley Die Cast Convertibles
The Hubley die cast convertibles were made in the late 1950's and modelled after the Chrysler and the Buick cars. There only a slight difference between the 2. It's the traditional "trademark" of the 3 oval indentations on each side of the Buicks.
The Trademark Buick Design
Another variation in the Hubley convertibles was that 1 design is a straightforward die casting of the car with the roof down and die cast into the design. The other design is an actual shiny nickel or stainless roof that recedes and hides into the car body.

I usually forget tho inform you, the reader, of the size of the toy or toys that I'm discussing. IN this case, the Hubley measures 7" (L) x 2 3/8" (W) x 2 1/4" (H).
For you metric people (including me - Canada), the dimensions are 17.6 cm x 6 cm x 6 cm.
