A Fine Toy from
a Fine Etsy Seller
I was going through my e-mail box on Etsy trying to write to someone,
when I saw an old e-mail from Dan. Dan is an excellent seller on Etsy,
and he had written me a short note mentioning a nice toy set. The note was
from January 16, 2025, and I had completely forgotten that when
corresponding on Etsy, the correspondence is in you Etsy mailbox,
and not o=in your Google gmail account or other mail brands.
Dan had asked me to write a post about today's wonderful toy,
and I had forgotten!
I decided to download the photos and Photoshop them right away.
That was at 04:00 a.m. in the morning!
The toy pair are a 1937 Wyandotte pressed steel
blue Cord auto and a Wyandotte Airstream
camper trailer.
The stamped marking on the bottom of the toy reads
"All Metal Prod. Co. Michigan USA"
That's 88 years old!
Wow, how time flies!!!
It's a rarer toy, and the asking price reflects
the value of this pair of toys.
I'm looking at the photos above as I'm typing, and
wondering how many children had the pleasure of playing with
such a fine pair of toys.
I'm even more sure, that some of these "children" were
of the more-mature age! I know that if I saw these toys
at a flea market,I'd be "testing" these toys out.
So that's it for today.
Thanks for visiting my blog,
and if you ever would like to have a post written
about you and your toys, please feel free to write me.
