A Revisit to VMCH

If  you're a regular reader, you'll know that I've been returning to old blog posts and seeing whom I've written about. From there, I've decided to write new posts.

I'd written in 2013 and 2014 some nice posts about Mr. Red McHoe who has 2 sites from which he has sold toys, as well as other collectibles. Mr. McHoe has a store on ebay titled VMCH, as well as another store on the on the Internet called Red's Toy Parts.

The toy that I selected (and there are plenty of other excellent selections to have chosen)
is (quoting the description on ebay):

"Rare Largest Cast Iron Hubley Made"
Circa:  1930
Length:  Approximately 17" (43.2 cm) Wing Span
Name on the wing: AMERICA
Trimotor with 3 motored propellers, rubber wheels, 2 pilots

It's a beautiful toy, and it's amazing to see how well-kept
the owner or owners took such nice care of this marvellous toy.

I had contacted Mr. McHoe to ask for his permission,
and he gave me the "OK"

Below:
When viewing any photo, you can click on it,
and a new window should open up, The image will be very large
and show much better as a large photo. The smaller
details are also seen best.

Red's photo below illustrates how the propellers
would turn when the airplane was rolled on a floor.

It's amazing that the springs are still intact
and working,

So that's it for today.
I hope you enjoyed looking at this fine toy.

As always, thanks for dropping by,
and have a great part of the day or night,
wherever you may be.

My name is (Mr.) Stacey Bindman
and I can always be reached at
